The incumbent will be responsible for the following: 1. Achieve sales volume and after sale service - Achieving sales volume & targets (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Annually) - Attending after sales service queries. 2. Enquiry base generation and control of outstanding - Generating enquiry base and sales from focus segments like Architects, Builders, Contractors, Hospitality, Government, Healthcare, OEMs, Safety etc. - Appointing project dealers and generating sales through them - Achieving objectives for area of sales, outstanding and inventory management - Implementing turnkey projects 3. Key Account Management and Influencer Management - Increasing the wallet share from Key Accounts - Ensuring product approval in Government projects and hospitality projects through influencers 4. Customer Relationship Management - Updating MS CRM, sales report, MIS and other systems and processes on a daily basis - Monitoring daily work monitoring of Project Sales Incharges (PSIs) 5. MIS, Business Analytics & Business Excellence - Tracking of competitor activities - Benchmarking with best industry practices - Carrying out product data analysis and sales forecasting - Implementing marketing policy and expense control for the area - Supporting Business Excellence activities
