Assistant Manager - Human Resources

As an HR Recruiter, your role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from writing job descriptions to onboarding new hires. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a positive candidate experience and enhancing the employer brand. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop recruitment strategies. - Create, update, and post job descriptions on various platforms. - Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and job fairs. - Screen resumes, conduct interviews, administer tests, and shortlist qualified candidates. - Manage interview schedules, candidate communications, and feedback collection. - Handle offer extensions, salary negotiations, and provide compensation guidance. - Oversee onboarding, support new hires" integration, and maintain records in ATS/HRIS. - Track recruitment metrics, represent the employer at events, and build talent pipelines. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field. - 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (5+ years preferred for senior roles). - Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, HRIS, and MS Office/HR software. - Strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, organizational abilities, and knowledge of employment law. Preferred Qualifications: - HR certifications like SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI, or an MBA in HR. - Master's degree is a plus. - At least 2 years of experience in hotel management recruitment.,
