Assistant General Manager - Operations

For the applicants of Assistant General Manager position for Delhi & Gurgaon Location. Kindly be informed that we are hiring people from Food & Beverage, Front Office & Housekeeping background only. This role would require overlooking 6-7 propertie as a cluster in Gurgaon & Delhi location individually. Three positions are vacant for this job posting. We are preferring immediate joiners or candidates with 15 - 30 days Notice Period. Accommodation is not provided for any of the positions mentioned above. Candidates already working as an HOD will be given preference. Candidate's from Delhi & Gurgaon as the Base location will be given preference. Candidates with Age factor between 35 - 45 will only be contacted. Candidates already handling a cluster role would be given preference. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management role. Proven track record in managing multi-departmental operations and achieving financial and service excellence. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
