Assistant General Manager - Operations

Alshifa Cupping Clinic – Chennai (Head Office)

We are looking for a strong, experienced Assistant General Manager (HR & Administration) who can single-handedly manage the entire operations of Alshifa Cupping Clinic across all Chennai branches.

Position: General Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Chennai (must be based in Chennai & willing to travel to all branches)
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month (maximum, based on proven experience & capability)
Immediate Joining Preferred

Must Have:

• Minimum 10 years of solid experience in managerial role (clinic/hospital/wellness centre/spa chain experience highly preferred)
• Proven track record of handling complete operations independently
• Strong experience in HR, Administration, Operations, Accounts & daily clinic management

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete responsibility of all Chennai branches (Pallavaram, Nandanam & future branches)
• Managing & leading team of therapists, receptionists, helpers & doctors
• Recruitment, training, attendance, salary processing & HR management
• Daily operations, stock management, purchase & vendor management
• Overseeing accounts, billing, collections, expenses & profit-loss
• Maintaining clinic hygiene, discipline & highest service standards
• Patient/client handling, complaint resolution & satisfaction
• Marketing coordination & branch performance improvement
• Reporting directly to the CEO

Required Skills:

• Excellent leadership & man-management skills
• Strong in accounts, Excel & Tally (must)
• Outstanding communication & problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
