Assistant Manager - Human Resources
Your Main Responsibilities
The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business with a focus on improving employee productivity and engagement.
- Developing the overall HR agenda and driving it to success
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
- Managing staff wellness initiatives.
- Improving relations between staff and employers.
- Overseeing recruitment efforts.
- Engaging with heads of department.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training/induction programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues
- Identifying new opportunities where HR can add value to the business
- Provides guidance and input on BU restructures, Work Force Planning and Succession Planning
- Conducting Training Programs Effectively
- Close Monitoring and Drive of HR Parameters- Confirmation. On-Boarding. Assimilation
- Driving Employee Engagement Activities independently
- Maintaining various reports and excel to monitor and streamline activities
- Driving and monitoring of PMS Cycle
What You Bring
Qualification- MBA- HR- Mandatory
- Profile Requirement- Should be able to work independently and exhibit high degree of ownership of the assigned task and meet deadlines under a high-performance culture. Learn and perform at the same time. Must have strong experience in recruitment with corporate sectors- at lateral level. Experience with good academic background and company will be preferred the most.
