Assistant Manager Human Resources

You will be joining IIHMR University, a premier institution offering specialized education in health and hospital management, pharmaceutical management, public health, and healthcare analytics. As an Assistant Manager- HR, your key responsibilities will include: - Delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires by engaging with them before their start date, guiding them through documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. - Leading engaging induction sessions and training seminars to provide new team members with the knowledge and tools needed for success from day one. - Coordinating seamless technical onboarding by ensuring timely setup of hardware, software, and access to essential systems. - Clearly communicating company policies and procedures to new hires to ensure they feel confident and aligned with organizational standards. - Aligning new hires with their managers and teams, promoting early collaboration and accountability. - Acting as the go-to liaison for hiring managers and new employees, providing hands-on support for a positive experience. - Overseeing onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS documentation workflows for India-based employees across multiple hiring cycles. In addition, you will be responsible for handling employees" grievances related to salary, making Full & Final settlements, conducting exit interviews, submitting results to management, coordinating compliance-related activities, participating in audits, and managing ESI, PF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other contract labor-related coordination activities. Qualifications required for this role include being a Postgraduate with good communication skills, preferably from the Healthcare, Higher Education, Development sector, or any other service industry.
