Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources, located in Tiruppur. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for carrying out daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The individual will be expected to support HR policies, coordinate training programs, and work closely with department heads to ensure a cohesive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, interviewing, and employee onboarding
• Proficiency in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of performance management principles and practices
• Understanding of compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the consumer products or manufacturing industry is a plus
