About the Role

Business HR professional

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (80%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Wealth vertical (Relationship Managers, Wealth Managers, Investment Specialists, etc.).
  • Drive bulk hiring initiatives for frontline and mid-level roles.
  • Create and execute hiring strategies to meet aggressive recruitment targets.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.
  • Source high-quality profiles through job portals, references, social media, and industry networks.
  • Conduct initial screening, competency-based interviews, and shortlist relevant candidates.
  • Ensure timely closures of all open positions.
  • Maintain dashboards, weekly reports, and hiring trackers.

HR Generalist (20%)

  • Act as a strategic HR partner for the Wealth business.
  • Handle employee lifecycle activities—onboarding, documentation, confirmation, exit formalities.
  • Support HR policies, processes, and compliance within the vertical.
  • Address employee grievances with empathy and professionalism; escalate when required.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, R&R, team activities, surveys, and communication.
  • Support performance management, goal setting, and appraisal coordination.
  • Maintain HR data, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in

    bulk hiring

    and

    target-driven recruitment

    .
  • Prior experience in

    Wealth Management / Insurance / Banking

    is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume hiring.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.
  • Sound understanding of HR policies and generalist functions.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel

    (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, MIS reporting).
  • Advanced PowerPoint

    – ability to create professional decks for business & HR reviews.
  • Experience in

    digital poster creation

    and HR communication materials.
  • Familiarity with

    AI tools for sourcing, screening, and presentation enhancement

    .
  • Experience working with HRMS platforms, ATS tools, and recruitment databases.
