Job Description

Qualification : MBA (HR), MSW, MHRM, PGDM in HR

Experience : Minimum 05 years of experience as HR & Admin Generalist in Manufacturing. Preferably Chemical Unit

We are looking for an Assistant Manager- HRBP with prior experience of minimum 5 years of Plant level HRBP roll – Preferably from Chemical Unit. We expect him to be comfortable with computer applications and software. Also an aggressive learner with an energetic & positive personality.

Must Have:

  • Actively participate in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization – End to end onboarding process & Induction
  • Handling Employee Engagement & Employee Grievances at Plant level
  • Implement HR Strategies programs and initiatives aligned with business objectives and organizational culture
  • Provide support in employee relation matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievance handling
  • Ensure Legal compliance, regulations and company policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate HR & Admin records and documentation.
  • Handling day to day employees queries.
  • Take care of Administration, Front office, Supervision of Housekeeping & Security activities
  • Inter- department coordination for recruitment
  • Implementation of company s HR policies & practices.
  • Handling of Exit Formalities at Plant level
  • Managing time, attendance, payroll and taxation related to Employees
  • Managing Contractors, Monitoring contractors labors attendance & payroll system
  • Being responsible for general admin of organization
  • Handling end to end recruitment process of L1 & L2 position.
  • L&D experience (learning and development activities)
  • To Ensure Plant Discipline
  • Liaising with Govt. authorities
  • Absenteeism control
  • Excellent knowledge of MS. Office, Like: PPT, Excel, Word etc.
  • Data Management (i.e. –Employee Personal files and records)
  • In-depth Knowledge of HRIS software
