Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager HR (Talent Acquisition) at Meril Life Sciences in Vapi, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing end-to-end talent acquisition processes to meet the growing talent requirements in the MedTech industry. Your responsibility will include attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent while ensuring alignment with business objectives, organizational values, and global best practices in recruitment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including manpower planning, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding. - Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline using various sourcing channels like job portals, social media, employee referrals, headhunting, and recruitment agencies. - Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions. - Drive initiatives to strengthen Meril's employer brand in the MedTech and healthcare industry to attract top talent. - Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business expansion plans (domestic and international). - Support and promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices. - Partner with recruitment agencies and consultants for niche, technical, and leadership hiring. - Maintain and present recruitment dashboards, MIS, and hiring reports to management. - Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Ensure adherence to company policies, HR best practices, and legal requirements in hiring processes.
