Assistant Manager - Housekeeping

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to lead our Housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping management.

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all rooms meet guest expectations.
• Manage and train a team of housekeepers to achieve excellent customer service and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene practices, and quality control measures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
