Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to lead our housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure all areas meet high standards of cleanliness.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Train and mentor new staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventories, and staff performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and guests.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with cleaning protocols and procedures, and the ability to develop and implement effective cleaning strategies.
