Job Title: Assistant Manager – Housekeeping
Location: AhmedabadEmployment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

The Assistant Manager – Housekeeping will be responsible for supervising housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness standards, managing staff, and maintaining hygiene across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily housekeeping activities
  • Ensure cleanliness as per SOPs and safety standards
  • Manage housekeeping staff deployment and attendance
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning materials and equipment
  • Coordinate with facility management and vendors
  • Handle audits, inspections, and client feedback

Qualifications & Experience

✔ Degree in Hotel Management with 2+ years of housekeeping experience
OR
✔ Graduate with 4+ years of relevant housekeeping experience in facilities of similar magnitude

Skills Required

  • Team management
  • Knowledge of housekeeping chemicals & machinery
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
