Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to lead our Housekeeping team at the Marriott Hotel, with 5-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures for all hotel rooms and public areas.
Manage and supervise a team of housekeepers to achieve excellent customer service and maintain high staff morale.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns related to housekeeping.
Maintain accurate records and reports on housekeeping activities, including inventory management and supply chain logistics.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications is desirable.
Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures, with a focus on health and safety regulations.
