To maintain Legal MIS and Liaison between govt agencies
To manage HR software and HRIS / Panther Nail
To play crucial role in promoting a harmonious work environment by addressing employee concerns
To ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (Statutory Management)
Handling all employee grievances, disputes and complaints
Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with laws and regulations
He should be ready to be moved to any of our office/factory / WH location if need arises in future.
To Monitor and maintain PMS
To manage general administration
To lead CSR
To maintain Employee Data Base
