Job Description

RPG Group is looking for Assistant Manager Group HR Digital to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative HR solutions.
Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across various platforms.
Analyze data and metrics to inform and optimize digital HR initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to digital HR.
Provide training and support to employees on digital HR tools and systems.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in an HR context.
