The Assistant Manager Benefits is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of the organization s benefits programs. This includes salary structures, incentive plans, benefits programs, benchmarking, compliance, and reporting to ensure competitiveness and alignment with the company s strategy.

- Own end-to-end reporting for benefits programs (insurance, wellness, employee life cycle etc)
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track utilization, cost trends, and employee engagement.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Present insights to HR leadership and support decision-making.

Vendor & Program Performance Analyst
- Monitor SLAs and KPIs of benefits vendors using data.
- Adherence on data accuracy on monthly data sharing with insurance vendors
- Track claims data, service turnaround times, and employee feedback.
- Support quarterly and annual reviews with vendors using performance metrics.

- Ensure benefits programs comply with internal policies.

EXPERIENCE: Required: 3-5 years in progressive HR roles, with at least 3 years in benefits. Knowledge in HR research methodology, survey development, statistics, and data analysis and reporting. Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook. HRIS, Experience maintaining confidential data.
