Assistant Manager - Finance (Taxation)

SCOPE OF WORK

This role involves managing audits, preparing consolidated financial statements, handling income tax compliance, and generating key financial reports to support business objectives.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

Audit Report

• Actively participate and support various audits including Statutory Audit, IFCFR Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit, Internal Audit, and Tax Audit.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of required documentation and schedules for audit purposes.
• Collaborate with auditors and internal stakeholders to address queries and close audit points efficiently.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with INDAS/IFRS requirements.
• Assist in drafting and presenting Quarterly and Annual financial results to stakeholders.

Tax Compliance

• Oversee and manage the preparation and filing of income tax returns
• Handle assessments and liaise with tax authorities to resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to all tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Management Information Systems (MIS)

• Prepare and analyze MIS reports to support decision-making processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to improve operational efficiency.

Regulatory Compliance

• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and standards, ensuring company compliance.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to align with legal and regulatory requirements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience:

  1-3 years experience in Financial Reporting, compliance and Audits.

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant

COMPETENCIES

• In-depth knowledge of IND-AS and IFRS.
• Proficiency in audit processes and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and derive actionable insights
• Comprehensive understanding of income tax laws, tax audits, and assessment procedures.
