Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Finance located in Raipur. The Assistant Manager Finance will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, and assisting with audits. The role involves developing and implementing financial strategies to enhance the company's financial health while working closely with the finance team and other departments to support business objectives.

• Financial Planning and Analysis skills
• Experience in preparing financial reports and managing budgets
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• CMA/ semi qualified/ equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field having experiance of 3 to 5 years
• Experience in the railway or manufacturing industry is a plus
