Assistant Manager Finance

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in

  financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

  to ensure effective financial management.
• Monitor and analyze the

  Profit & Loss (P&L)

  statement to optimize financial performance.
• Ensure

  compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and pharmaceutical industry standards.

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Support in

  cost analysis, inventory valuation, and pricing strategies

  for pharmaceutical products.
• Work closely with banks, auditors, and tax consultants for financial audits and compliance.
• Implement and maintain

  ERP and financial software systems

  to streamline financial operations.
• Assist in

  financial risk assessment

  and recommend corrective actions for cost control.
• Ensure timely

  filing of tax returns, GST, and other statutory compliances.

• Support senior management with

  financial insights and data-driven decision-making.

Key Requirements:

• Education:

  MBA in Finance / CA-Inter / CMA-Inter / M.Com.

• Experience:

  Minimum

  3-5 years

  in finance/accounting, preferably in a

  pharmaceutical company.

• Skills:

• Strong knowledge of

  financial processes, taxation, and pharma industry finance.

• Proficiency in

  ERP systems, Tally, and financial reporting tools.

• Good understanding of

  P&L management and cost control strategies.

• Strong

  analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
