Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as an International Tenders and Supply Officer/Specialist. You will be responsible for managing international tenders and supply opportunities, coordinating supply chain activities, analyzing market trends, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and relationship building. Daily tasks include sourcing and monitoring tender and other project opportunities, preparing and submitting documents, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of pharmaceutical products.

Qualifications

• Successful pharmaceutical supply record to any of the following UN, UNICEF, WHO, Global Fund, Gavi, USAID, MSF, PAHO, The World Bank Health Projects, NGOs and other country-specific projects
• In-depth knowledge of international pharmaceutical regulations
• Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and evaluations
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for stakeholder engagement
• Experience in Finance related to budget management and cost analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Ability to work with a collaborative team based in Philippines
