Role Overview: As the Lead for Cloud Infrastructure and Security Technology at East-West Seed, you will be a vital part of the Technology Security division within the Group Strategy & Transformation function. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Enterprise & Cloud Security, you will play a crucial role in driving the effective design and delivery of cloud services and projects. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in ensuring the smooth integration of cloud services throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for cloud architecture and security, offering guidance on best practices for cloud architecture, design, and deployment. - Design and implement a secure and scalable cloud foundation across multiple cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, and GCP to support business initiatives. - Define and implement cloud landing zone and security best practices, including account structures, IAM, network topologies, security configuration, data protection, and governance policies to comply with global regulations. - Implement strategies for cost optimization to monitor and control cloud spending and maintain a cloud cost management framework. Cloud Security Technology: - Implement the One Identity solution to centralize and streamline identity management across EWS. - Design and oversee the IAM service for Microsoft Entra ID and Google Directory, ensuring robust authentication, authorization, and auditing capabilities. - Focus on analytical aspects of IAM, including user access reviews, policy enforcement, and reporting. Privileged Access Management (PAM): - Design, implement, and maintain the overall PAM service to protect and control elevated organizational access. - Ensure secure provisioning, management, and monitoring of privileged accounts, and enforce session recording, password vaulting, and Just-In-Time access. Service Management: - Take ownership of Cloud, IAM, and PAM services lifecycle management. - Define SLAs and KPIs to measure service performance and ensure compliance with defined standards. - Establish comprehensive documentation for design, implementation, and configuration ready for handover. - Stay updated with the latest Cloud, IAM, and PAM technologies and collaborate with relevant ICT teams for service integrations. Key Deliverables & Success Factors: - Deliver a well-architected cloud foundation, governance framework, integration, and cost optimization strategy. - Ensure access controls and privileged account security align with compliance frameworks and organizational policies. - Identify, report, and mitigate incidents related to the services promptly.
