Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Quality Manager located in Raipur. The Assistant Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, conducting inspections, Maintaining Integrated Management system (ISO 9001,14001,45001,50001) and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the production team, developing quality improvement plans, and maintaining quality records. The role involves constant monitoring and reporting of quality metrics to ensure the highest standards are met. Qualifications Knowledge of quality control processes and quality management systems Experience in conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with industry standards Ability to develop and implement quality improvement plans Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with production teams Relevant experience in the rail or manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical or related field is preferred Show more Show less
