Job Description

Monitor and assess emerging technologies, innovations, and market trends

Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for adoption
Transformative Initiatives:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology-driven projects
Propose innovative solutions to business challenges

BRD Development:

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements
Draft detailed and comprehensive BRDs to guide project execution

Strategic Insights & Support:

Provide guidance on implementing transformative technologies
Act as a technology advocate within the organization

Qualifications:

Strong passion for technology and innovation
Bachelor s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (optional but preferred)
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration capabilities
Familiarity with BRD creation and project documentation

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
Experience with tools like Google Trends, Gartner reports, or similar for tech research
Understanding of business processes and project lifecycles
