Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Associate to join our finance team
The Accounts Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

Key Responsibilities:

General Ledger Management: Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring timely payments and collections Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other financial statements regularly to ensure accuracy Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Tax Filing: Support tax-related filings and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software systems

Qualifications:

CA Inter 7 years of experience in accounting or finance Proficiency in accounting software (eg , Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
