Job Description- Pricing Executive

Location: Delhi Branch

About the role

Key Responsibilities:

Strong Procurement skills for Air & Sea Pricing both Imports & Exports

Manage vendor negotiations and ensure timely, cost-effective logistics solutions.

Provide end-to-end customer service, resolve complaints, and support booking operations.

Reporting Manager: Branch Head

Roles and Responsibilities

Source rates for the queries received for sales/agent/branch generated for both Air & Sea cargo
Compile rates and send the quotation to the client/ respective salesperson
Follow-up on all given quotations.
Finalise rate and execute the job.
Co-ordinate with vendors for smooth shipment execution.
Visit shipping line & Airlines for developing relationship.
Ensure all the invoice details (selling rates) are sent to accounts team for proper billing.
Follow-up with client, outstation agents for payment.
Ensure smooth service is provided to the clients.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum bachelor's degree. Education in logistics, supply chain management, or operations is a plus.
5+ years of Practical experience in a similar position is an advantage
Strong time-management organizational skills and result oriented.
Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
Well-developed negotiation skills
Strong communication and writing skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office tools like Word & Excel
