Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

  • Assist in developing event concepts, themes, and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including venue management, vendor liaison, production, and on-ground execution.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and objectives are consistently reflected across all event touchpoints.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Develop and execute event marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and other channels.
  • Manage event-related content, collaterals, and creatives in coordination with the design team.
  • Drive audience acquisition through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and community outreach.

Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with sponsors, partners, media agencies, and vendors to ensure successful collaborations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, PR, digital, content) for seamless integration of event activities.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Assist in budget planning, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization for events.
  • Track and analyze event performance, including ROI, audience engagement, and post-event feedback.
  • Prepare detailed reports and insights to measure success and recommend improvements.

Innovation & Trends

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging event marketing technologies.
  • Propose innovative ideas to enhance event reach, experience, and engagement.



Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in event marketing, brand activations, or experiential marketing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools & CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creativity with a keen eye for detail.
