Assistant Manager Ethics

As an Administrative Assistant for the Ethics Head, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's ethics and compliance program. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the ethics and compliance program under the guidance of the Ethics Head. - Coordinating ethics-related meetings, training sessions, and events, including preparing materials and managing logistics. - Maintaining confidential records and documentation related to ethics matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies. - Serving as a liaison between the Ethics Head and internal/external stakeholders. - Preparing and distributing reports, presentations, and communication materials for various audiences. - Conducting research on ethics and compliance trends to support decision-making. - Assisting in the coordination of ethics-related investigations, audits, and reviews. - Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
