Description:

We are seeking a motivated and high-performing Assistant Manager SaaS / ERP Solutions to join our

Sales team. The role involves end-to-end sales ownership from prospecting and lead generation to

demo, negotiation, and deal closure. The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative selling skills, a

deep understanding of SaaS products, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and professional networking.
  • Conduct effective software product demonstrations to showcase solution benefits and address client requirements.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales targets.
  • Maintain a healthy and well-documented sales pipeline using LSQ or other CRM platforms.
  • Research and analyze potential customers, emerging markets, and customer needs to develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized sales presentations and proposals.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across different business units and customer accounts.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in SaaS / ERP / IT Software Sales.
  • Strong product demonstration and consultative selling skills.
  • Prior experience dealing with transporters, logistics companies, or fleet owners is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving approach with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • BE/BTech preferred; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
