Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science / Industrial Safety / Chemical Engineering or related discipline.

Experience Required – Between 08 to 12 Years of Experience

Job Description –

• Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements related to Safety and Environment.
• Oversee operations of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), including monitoring and analysis.
• Manage storage and disposal of hazardous waste as per regulatory norms.
• Maintain and ensure functionality of fire hydrant systems and fire extinguishers.
• Conduct EHS-related trainings and awareness programs for employees.
• Plan and coordinate EHS events, campaigns, and observances (e.g., Safety Week, Environment Day).
• Organize and record EHS committee meetings.
• Prepare and submit EHS reports to the Zydus Corporate EHS Cell.
• Conduct and evaluate mock drills and first aid box inspections.
• Prepare and update Monthly EHS Reports in Zysafe and ensure compliance with related activities.
• Manage and update EHS SOPs in line with cGMP requirements.
• Maintain EHS documentation, logbooks, preventive maintenance records, and related data.
• Prepare and execute QMS documents, including tracking through Trackwise.
• Execute and close audit compliances within defined timelines.
• Drive initiatives for energy and water conservation.
• Plan and utilize departmental manpower and resources efficiently.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and internal departments for EHS matters.
• Support installation, validation, and revalidation of EHS-related equipment.
• Promote continuous improvement, system implementation, and knowledge upgradation within the team.
• Manage EHS-related PM and calibration activities in SAP PM Module.
• Prepare weekly and monthly presentations and MPRM data for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, audits, and compliance systems.
• Proficient in Trackwise, and SAP PM modules.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and training skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-driven professional.
