Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for an Assistant Manager Digital Marketing. The Assistant Manager Digital Marketing will be responsible for executing and managing digital marketing campaigns, improving SEO, coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, analyzing data, and creating content for various platforms. The candidate will also oversee social media management, email marketing campaigns, and performance metrics to drive engagement and growth.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Manage social media channels and online content.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Lead SMM campaigns, profile optimization and audience growth across platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective strategies.
  • Optimize website content and performance using SEO and other digital marketing techniques.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners for specialized tasks.
  • Communicate directly with leads via calls, follow-ups, and email campaigns, supporting client conversion
  • Monitor and manage online advertising budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Must have experience to manage & guide team
  • Liaising with expo organizers and stall managers
  • Planning stall layout, branding materials, and lead capture strategies
  • Developing pre-event digital promotions to attract footfall and generate pre-qualified leads


Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing tools and practices
  • At least 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven project management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
  • Familiarity with SAP solutions is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
