The role requires expertise in structural coordination, co-ordination of MEP Services, detailing, compliance with codes, and ensuring safety, durability and functionality of mall structures. Key Responsibilities Design & Technical Expertise Develop design concepts and layouts specific to large retail and mall projects. Prepare working drawings and detailed design documents. Ensure compliance with local/state building codes, NBC, fire safety, and seismic standards. Integrate Architectural design with MEP, and interior layouts. Design and Detailing of Facade. Co-ordinate with Site Team and Contractors for realization of Designed Façade at Site. Project Management & Coordination Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors for design alignment. Review drawings, GFCs, and shop drawings for accuracy and feasibility. Conduct value engineering and optimize solutions for cost efficiency.
