Role & responsibilities Collaborate with the Director - Strategy & Branding to understand content needs and develop video concepts. Create storyboards, shot lists, and scripts as required for various video projects. Operate video cameras and other filming equipment on location or in a studio setting to capture high-quality footage. Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro. Add graphics, animations, sound, music, and other elements to enhance video quality and appeal. Adapt video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and events. Oversee the maintenance and organization of videography equipment, ensuring it remains in good working condition. Stay updated with new technologies and equipment in videography, suggesting improvements as needed. Collaborate closely with the branding and marketing teams to ensure videos support overarching campaigns and strategies. Provide creative input and innovative ideas to enhance the quality and impact of video content. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus. Experience with social media video formats and trends. Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in the team.

Role & responsibilities Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and website visibility. Conduct keyword research and analysis, staying up-to-date on current SEO best practices. Regularly audit the website for SEO compliance, identify optimization opportunities, and address any issues. Implement effective backlink-building campaigns to improve domain authority and search rankings. Build relationships with high-quality websites, bloggers, and influencers to enhance backlink quality. Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with institutional goals, promoting engagement and conversion. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and others. Track campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and ROI. Oversee meta tags, titles, descriptions, and content for all digital marketing assets to ensure optimized visibility and relevance. Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement, and campaign success. Prepare monthly reports on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Work closely with the Director - Strategy & Branding to ensure alignment of digital strategies with overall branding goals. Preferred candidate profile Certification in SEO, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing. Experience working in an educational or academic environment is a plus. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
