Job Description

Role: Manager CRM

Exp 4-10 Years

Industry: Real Estate Development

Location : Gurugram

Role & responsibilities:

Good knowledge and understanding of
BBA-Builder Buyer Agreement
,
TPT,

Other Agreements
like
Property Transfer, Re-Sale, Project Finance and Coordination with Bankers & Financial Institutions
Making Transfer Set, Name Addition /Deletion in the documents, whenever required.
Preparation of technical documentations pertains to Agreements-BBA, TPT, knowledge of Making TPA and PTM.
Good understanding of
Customer Relations procedures & systems
Ensure timely Demand Raising for payment collections and coordination.
Sound Coordination with
Client, Builder/Developer and Banking & Financial Institutions
To attract
potential customers by answering Project and Service questions.
Oversee and manage
Customer Records by updating account information.
Client Servicing which includes Interaction with Clients and Servicing their needs including Communications and Information Management.
Providing regular
Construction updates
to the
client through Phone Calls and E-mails.
Guiding clients through the
loan process and help them in getting loan from the Bank.
Handling
escalated queries related to allotment & re-allotment day to day walk-in client, liaising with
Coordination with Sales Team, Accounts, Legal and other departments.
Preparation of
MIS reports related to allotment & re-allotment of property as and when required by the management
Follow up with the
Customers and Channel partners on case-to-case basis.
Closure of email queries within stipulated TAT.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
