Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at Hyatt Regency, responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and managing the concierge team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in a similar role.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and supervise the concierge team to provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
