Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to lead our concierge team, ensuring exceptional customer service and managing daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the concierge team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget adherence.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
