Role & responsibilities

•Responsible for setting direction for automation activities in Chat, IVR, WhatsApp etc.
•Primary accountability for the delivery of automation project & activities•Responsible for stakeholder management•Responsible for scoping, estimation etc.•Work with project manager and business sponsors to scope and analyze the area of analysis•Interface with business users analyze and define business and functional requirements•Lead business requirement gathering session and document requirements to create business requirement specification document•Act as a bridge between the business and technology teams• Should work towards reduction / elimination of complaints• Performs analyses of complaints and implant reports for trends and identification of potential corrective or preventive actions.• Collaborates with other departments
