Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Manager to lead daily operations, inspire our team, and uphold the exceptional standards Casaro Creamery & Craft Meat is known for. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service or retail management, a passion for artisanal products, and a hands-on leadership style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staffing, and inventory management
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail and kitchen staff to deliver top-tier customer service
• Manage product presentation, cleanliness, and organization of the store
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock
• Implement and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues professionally
• Track sales metrics and assist in hitting store performance goals
• Collaborate with ownership on product selections, seasonal offerings, and local events

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a management role in retail, food service, or hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for quality food and artisan products
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic business software
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
