Role & responsibilities A. Employee Relations & Grievance Management Act as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for employees on workplace concerns. Handle grievances, employee queries, and conflict situations with fairness, empathy, and adherence to company policies. Foster a culture of transparency, open communication, and mutual respect across teams. B. Talent Management and Development Implement performance management processes, ensuring timely goal setting, reviews, and feedback. Drive talent retention strategies and career progression planning. Support leadership in identifying high-potential employees and designing growth interventions. Partner with managers to create succession pipelines and development plans. C. HR Operations and Compliance Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, induction, HRMS updates, and personnel record management. Support payroll coordination and benefits administration in collaboration with the HR operations team. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal HR policies. Regularly review and update HR processes for efficiency and accuracy. D. Recruitment and Onboarding Partner with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements for various departments. Source, screen, and interview candidates to meet hiring needs within set timelines. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction to provide a seamless employee experience. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical positions. E. Business Partnership & Stake Holder Management Collaborate closely with line managers and business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives. Provide HR insights and data to management for informed decision-making. Actively contribute to workforce planning and organizational development initiatives. F. Rewards & Recognition/ Employee Engagement Partner with HR colleagues in all employee engagement activities like monthly reward and recognition program, employee connects, festival celebrations, sports, etc. G. Performance Management Partner with HR Manager in driving confirmation and annual appraisals. Preferred candidate profile 7 - 10 Years of HR experience in an upscale retail/hospitality industry in talent management, HR operations, recruitment and grievance handling.
