Designation: Sr Executive – MIS/Data Analyst (Demand Planning)
Location - Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities
MIS Analytics & Reporting: -
- Prepare, maintain, circulate reports and dashboards as per scheduled frequency
and need based reporting – for the demand planning function.
- Generate insights from data with respect to inventory availability, stock movements,
purchase order decisions, supplier performance, product metrics for B2B & B2C
functions.
- Using procurement software and tools to streamline processes and enhance data
analysis, evaluating and recommending improvements to procurement and SOPs.
- Automate routine reports using SQL, Excel macros, Power Query, Power BI or similar
tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: -
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align procurement strategies with
organizational goals.
- Act as the central point of contact for procurement data requests from internal
stakeholders.
Experience
- 2-3 years in Procurement MIS, Reporting, or Analytics roles.
- Experience of working within cross functional environment to ensure data
consolidation from various touchpoints to generate functional as well as business
insights.
- Background in sourcing-intensive industries such as Pharma (preferred),
commodities trading, manufacturing, agri-business, automobiles, FMCG etc.
