Assistant Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing end-to-end processes in project/delivery management. This includes providing status updates on planned versus progress across delivery functions to both internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure accurate status reporting based on various measurable delivery parameters such as Capacity & Scope. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a large team and drive performance management by implementing best-in-class performance metrics. - Define, implement, and measure Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the workforce to enhance overall performance. - Develop tangible action plans based on the measurement of different KRAs. - Improve performance across projects by addressing areas that require immediate attention. Qualifications Required: - Working experience as an Assistant Manager with strong people management skills. - Knowledge of SLA, TAT, and metrics related to Productivity, Quality, Shrinkage, Attrition, Absenteeism, and Performance review. - Excellent communication skills. - Industry experience in managing large-scale projects. - Good project management experience with the ability to define and execute projects within timelines and with multiple stakeholders. - Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. - Effective cross-functional influence and communication at all management levels. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment with high energy and flexibility. - Openness to shift timings and willingness to stretch work hours based on business requirements.
