Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Assistant Manager will supervise all HR functions including recruitment, generalist operations, and payroll. The role requires ensuring smooth HR processes, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and coordination with various teams to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and share shortlisted CVs with respective department heads.
Generalist:
Oversee onboarding, maintain employee records, and manage the complete employee life cycle including exits.
Payroll:
Track attendance, monitor leaves and LWP, and ensure accurate payroll processing and timely full & final settlements.
Compliance:
Ensure all statutory compliances such as PF, PT, and ESIC are properly maintained and updated.
Employee Engagement:
Organize and execute engagement initiatives such as birthday mailers, arranging cakes, and festival activities.
Coordination:
Work closely with all departments and management to facilitate HR-related and organizational decisions.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in finance or a similar industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Location:

Working days:

Alternate Saturdays off and 1st, 3rd and 5th sat working but it is WFH.
