Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition and HR Manager, your role is crucial in managing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, maintaining HR records, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Your responsibilities include: - Posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks - Facilitating new employee onboarding to guarantee a positive start for new hires - Ensuring accurate HR records and databases for up-to-date employee information - Developing and implementing HR policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations - Handling employee relations matters such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management - Managing exit formalities including interviews and Full & Final settlements - Assisting in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs - Staying updated on current HR trends and best practices to provide advice and support to management and employees - Completing any ad-hoc duties assigned by the reporting authority or management Additionally, the company offers benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
