Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. If you are passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and have excellent organizational skills, we would love to meet you!

In this role, you will also support the HR needs of Top Crew Aviation, an aviation training institute for pilots and cabin crew.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives

- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees

- Oversee employee relations and address any issues or concerns in a professional manner

- Implement performance management systems and support employee development initiatives

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations

- Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and HR transactions

- Collaborate with management to create a positive workplace culture

- Assist in organizational development and training programs

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR managerial role

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi/English

- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws

- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism

- Proficient in MS Office and HR management software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Female candidates can avail of the cab facility for commuting
