Job Description

  • To manage the talent acquisition, recruitment and selection process including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
  • To develop and implement of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • To handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • To manage the employee benefits, compensation and payroll.
  • Manage exit formalities including interviews & F&F settlements.
  • To assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
  • Stay informed about current HR trends and best practices to provide advice and support to management and employees.
  • To complete any ad-hoc duty assigned by the reporting authority/the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
