Job Description

Position Summary:

This role will be responsible for implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The role demands excellent people management skills and the ability to balance HR functions with administration, compliance, and employee engagement.

Duties and responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of employees and casual labourers.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and other activities.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, LWF, PT, etc.) in coordination with corporate HR.
  • Maintain various compliance register on monthly basis.
  • Maintain employees comp-off data.

Casual Labor Management:

  • Coordinate with contractors for labour requirements.
  • Monitor casual labour attendance.

IT Coordination:

  • Act as a point of contact with IT vendors/service providers.
  • Oversee basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, networking, IP Phones and CCTV systems.
  • Coordinate installation, maintenance and renewal of IT infrastructure.

Security & Safety:

  • Supervise security guards & monitor inward/outward material movements and gate pass systems.
  • Conduct visits to ensure alertness of guards.

Hospitality & Administration Activities:

  • Manage housekeeping, pantry, guest arrangements, staff rooms and overall facility operations.
  • Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and office goods & supplies procurement.
  • Procurement of Groceries, cutlery items for Kitchen, staff room & office facility.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure.
  • Maintain fixed assets, IT assets, fuel utilization data, milk details, etc.
  • Reimbursement of employees on duty travel expenses, ticket expenses.
  • Vendor management, facility Management.
  • Ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in human resource from a reputed institute

Knowledge & Experience:

  • 5-8 years’ experience in Human Resource Management
  • Charismatic and enthusiastic personality
  • Strong leadership and strategic HR management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to foster teamwork and build positive workplace culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
