Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage sales operations for assigned real estate projects, ensuring target achievement.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
Oversee customer relationship management (CRM) and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and present to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Stay updated on industry best practices and competitor activities.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the
Jaipur real estate market
and its dynamics.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and manage a successful sales team.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
