Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales operations for assigned real estate projects, ensuring target achievement.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
  • Oversee customer relationship management (CRM) and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and present to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and competitor activities.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the

    Jaipur real estate market

    and its dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and manage a successful sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
