Role & responsibilities

  • Identification of Prospects and their buying requirement for Real Estate Product.
  • To explain about the Project site and the Product during site visit.
  • Acting in a professional manner at all times during the customer visit
  • Ensure that Prospects site visit is being conducted in planned way.
  • Ensure that Prospect / Client would get the best hospitality and site visit experience.
  • Meeting with Prospects for sales closures.
  • Take part in developing sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals. Practices and tests strategies by feedback of existing and new clients.
  • To provide subordinates training and coaching for subject knowledge and grooming.
  • To achieve individual sales targets with sales site team.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with clients.
  • To work on real estate sales with channel partners.
  • Track, collate and interpret site visits & sales figures and reporting.
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
