Role & responsibilities : 1. Project Management and Execution: Lead and manage the entire MEP team, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, across various project sites. Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and procedures for MEP works, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines, budget, and quality standards. Monitor and control project progress, identifying potential risks, delays, and challenges, and implementing proactive mitigation plans. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and low-voltage systems. Ensure that all MEP works are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, drawings, and applicable building codes and regulations. 2.
