Role & responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and ensure a warm and professional first impression.
  • Handle customer registration and KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation as per company policy.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer experience and service delivery.
  • Manage front-office operations, hospitality, and visitor management.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in organizing customer engagement activities and feedback sessions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in customer service, front office, or hospitality roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance.
